The Listing is updated every 1st week of the month and maybe sent thru email, postal services, or accessed thru web page.

Subscriber may interact strictly only with fellow subscribers given in the Listing belonging to a group or set of subscribers as determined in the standard  referral system. However, subscriber from one group may trade listing with another subscriber from belonging to a different group this is called List Swap. This must however be registered with CEO for administrative purposes of recording such agreement of list swap bewteen Lead Subscribers to allow the trading subscribers to contact subscribers from another group under the List Swap. List Swap will result in wider and expanded market coverage.

Subscriber will benefit from increase market coverage for more opportunities to sell products and services; more opportunities for new businesses; more opportunities to earn; and more opportunities for livelihood and employment.

Meetings and Interaction between and among Subscribers

Subscribers who are meeting and interacting with fellow subscribers must present Identification Number (IN) issued upon enrollment. Subscribers contacted to by fellow subscribers belonging to a group may quickly check from their listing whether the same subscriber identification number is in the list of subscribers belonging to their group or for further verification, they may contact lead subscribers.

The IN must always be in all communication whether by text, email, fax, letter, and when doing the introduction. The IN must be with the name of concerned subscriber.  The decision for meet ups and interact will be based with the subscribers to make alone. Each party shall have the liberty to either accept or reject interaction or meet ups. The CEO is not a party to any agreement, deal, relationship, business, sale, investment, and product and financial dealings made by subscribers when they meet and interact. Subscribers hold the CEO free of any legal or moral responsibilities regarding the meetings and interactions made between and among subscribers.

Benefits Due to Lead Subscribers

Lead Subscribers shall be eligible to discount on points earned which is payable into cash by CEO every 3rd week of the month to eligible Lead Subscribers. Lead Subscribers are those who are able to provide minimum of 10 Referrals. For every point earned, Lead subscribers gets discount of P20.00 for each referral so long as the subscriber is actively participating in the program. Lead subscribers will be notified of the non active subscribers in their group.

Lead Subscriber may earn points from 10, 100, and 1,000 points or up to a total of 1,110 points in any given month and earn up to maximum of P22,200.00 worth of discournts provided that he/she remains active and is not delinquent in the payment of monthly subscription fee. The point is earned not only from direct referral of subscriber but also coming from indirect referrals up to the 3rd level from the Lead Subscriber. Any subscriber within the group up to third level that fails to pay the monthly subscription fee is a point deduction which is also converted to cash deduction of P20.00 per point deduction.

Termination of Subscription

P2P Connect program is owned, managed, run, and operated by the CEO which has all the rights to protect the integrity of the program and the interest of the company. As such, CEO maintains all the rights to accept and reject application for enrollment, terminate subscriptions and the program itself, and amend the terms and conditions.

Subscriber may voluntarily terminate his/her subscription by notifying the CEO.

Subscriber shall be involuntarily terminated from his/her subscription for non payment of monthly subscription fees.

Subscriber shall be involuntarily terminated from his/her subscription for violation of any of the terms and conditions or for willfully and deliberately providing false information in the application form and other personal / business data that mislead CEO and all the subscribers participating in the Program.

Subscriber shall be involuntarily terminated from his/her subscription for any illegal acts committed as an active subscriber of P2P Connect of which he/she maybe charged for criminal or civil offenses in the courts of law.

Subscriber who is terminated from subscription will no longer receive the monthly update of List of Subscribers, access P2P Connect program, forfeit the points earned from all referrals, receive newsletter and other forms of communication, and access to P2P Connect Databank for references on the contacts. Termination from subscription means the subscribers concerned forfeit all benefits due them.

Former subscribers will not be prevented from continuing with the personal and business relationship established while they are still subscribers. They may also subscribe again in the future treated as new subscribers but will no longer regain forfeited benefits only the new benefits that will accrue them. Old subscribers that have previously terminated subscription but have rejoined P2P Connect will have to start as new subscribers all over again.

Subscribers who are either voluntary or involuntarily terminated from the P2P Connect program should not use the privileged materials received during active participation in P2P Connect as subscribers to operate, market, manage, and sell same or similar program.

P2P CONNECT INTRODUCTION

Are you a multi-level independent distributor of a product also known in marketing as direct selling? Well we have program that will help you in your personal business. Subscription is simple, participant will only have to submit application and resume, and pay the three months (3) fees upon subscription in the program equivalent to Six Hundred Pesos (P600). Participants must strictly follow the program for the success of his subscription and enrollment into the program.

The Program will employ 4 modules for the participants to follow – My NetExchange (MNE), My Product/Service, My Puhunan, and My Biz.

My NetExchange is a “Network Builder” designed for the participant in the program to develop, grow, and expand contacts which in P2P (Person to Person) type of marketing and selling such as those participating in the program is very valuable and important as they mean ready market to buy and sell products and services.

My Product/Services is a “Resource Sharing” designed for participants to share products/service to interested participants who wish to become dealers, distributors, and agents. Each participant will be encouraged to find or share products/services that maybe source of making money. CEO will feature on its blog and shop resources link.

My Puhunan is a rich regular source of capital for self-employed participants of the program. It is earned by participants from discounts paid for every other paid subscribers referred to in the Program by participants.  My Puhunan operates in My NetExchange, by employing MNE, participants will have the chance to earn discounts which can be used as capital for his/her business without having to resort to borrowing. All subscribers and participants have a chance to earn under this module for as long as they are enrolled in the continuing program.

My Biz is a “Business Education” designed to update the participants on opportunities and guiding them on the tools of business – finance, marketing, investment, etc.

P2P Connect is for self-employed individuals like direct sellers, sales agents, brokers, small shops, sole proprietors, professionals, students, and entrepreneurs. Most applicable to those engage in sales of investment and financial products, insurance products, real estate products, personal care products, or any person to person (P2P) marketing and sales. MNE provides virtual market place for P2P by increasing prospective contacts and market coverage of individuals subscribing and participating in the Program. Virtual Market Place is created when participants will each bring in 10 referrals or more as new subscribers and fellow participants who in turn commit to do the same. The virtual market place expands and grows exponentially from few individuals at the start to hundreds, thousands and tens of thousands once employed consistently. When everybody else follow the simple formula to expand contacts, the list keeps adding up more and new contacts and grow. All participants are expected to interact with one another using My Exchange List as reference.

Participants in the program shall be open to receiving offers from fellow participants as a way of opening up to opportunities. Opportunities for new business contacts, new buyers, new sellers, new business, partnerships, products, and services are developed. All participants in the program are given each Identification Number which will be used when interacting with the others as means of reference.

  1. Submit online application form with 2x2 picture.

PURPOSES OF PARTICIPATION IN P2P Connect.

To build up personal network and contacts for business and personal uses, subscriber must bring in 10 more subscribers, personally assisted in signing up and subscribing to get the credit for the growth of My Net List. The “Power of 10 subscribers” will be the base from which the network will grow even if the Lead Subscriber (LS) sleeps.

Note: If the My Net List does not grow, some subscribers referred to by the LS are not moving to bring in the required 10 additional subscribers. It will do well for the LS to remind the failing subscribers of the benefit of building up the network or if not move to enlist more subscribers.

USE OF MY NET EXCHANGE TO SUBSCRIBER:

  1. Marketing and selling of products and services to subscribers.
  2. My Net List sharing with fellow subscribers not belonging to same group for higher market coverage.

BUSINESS STARTUPS



There is a chinese saying that makes sense when it comes to starting up a business. "The journey of a thousand miles start with the first step". It means you will never get to where you want to be if you don't make that first step towards the destination you want in your life. This is applicable in putting up the business you want.

You must be able to muster that courage to make the leap of faith away from your comfort zone of fixed and regular income from the employment and regular you used to. While the reward and potentials are way desirable starting up is tough, way tougher than you think. There are challenges you will face but the journey towards your dream is one journey that begins with the first step and what is it.

The first step is to plan. It does not have to be an elaborate plan. You won't believe that many giant companies today even started with a plan scribbled by an entrepreneur on napkin while eating in a restaurant than those well laid plan on thick documents that never saw the light of day. That spark of an idea that enters the mind and makes one so excited and moved to act on it. That is the first step. A plan is an idea that is produced by the mind. What the mind can conceived and believed, it can achieved one writer once said. 

In many startups phase it may just be you alone from the beginning, without any employees, it’s important at this early stage to get the leadership basics right, so you’re ready when the business starts to grow and you need to employ people.

We have this guidelines from one anonymous source which we will discuss more thoroughly how you can pick up some tips from them and apply it to your plans.

Getting the base right involves developing the following attributes:
  1. Have a well-defined vision or purpose for the business and a set of values that supports that vision. Ingrain your vision and values into how you operate and make decisions as a business.

    This includes decisions about employing the right people when the time comes. When you do have staff, your vision and values will also help them understand what’s expected of them and provide a strong beacon to guide their own actions and decisions.
  2. Have a strong sense of the culture you want to achieve for the business. The culture of the business will set the tone for how people conduct themselves and interact with others both internal and external.

    Develop and protect that culture when you bring staff on board and then make them responsible for living by it and upholding it.
  3. Assess your business strategy over the next three to five years and your ability to execute it. What additional skills and activities will you need to implement over this longer-term period? What new products/services or new business units will you set up?

    What new markets will you pursue? Who will be responsible for leading the charge to achieve these objectives?

    Matching your business strategy against the resource and leadership skills required, allows you to identify gaps and start putting plans in place to address them.
  4. As you build a team, develop their leadership skills as well as their technical skills. It takes time for people to develop all the attributes they require to be successful future leaders.

    Start this process early on and build capability at all levels of seniority throughout your team.

    Create opportunities for them to get practical experience on the job, make decisions appropriate to their role and learn how to perform under pressure.
  5. Be clear about your key business drivers and make sure everyone understands them. Leaders that focus on these drivers can use them in efficient and effective decision-making.

    Teams can rely on them to prioritise their work. This will help the businesses achieve its objectives now and in the future.
  6. Lead by example. If you don’t embrace and believe your own mantra, your team won’t either. You need to live by your vision, values and the business culture you are creating.

    You should also demonstrate the key qualities of leadership you want your team to display.

    While it’s often thought leaders are born rather than made, there are a number of leadership characteristics that can be learned and should be incorporated into your team development approach:
    • Enthusiasm: Leaders need to be motivated and passionate about what they do. Infectiousness spreads and sets the tone for the rest of the team. It also picks people up during the tough times, encourages them to keep focusing on your objectives and pursue the activities that will achieve desired outcomes.

      Encouraging your team to identify their own personal goals that can be tied to career achievements. It will help them find the motivation and stamina to keep performing at a consistently high level.
    • Being open minded: Show your staff how to see things from different perspectives when dealing with their colleagues and customers. Identify potential conflict and use the opportunity to workshop different points of view.

      Having an open mind enables leaders to identify and consider all opportunities, work through differences of opinion and develop and maintain effective working relationships with people from all walks of life.
    • Being goal oriented: Clearly articulate the outcomes you aim to achieve for the business. Better still, involve your team in planning and setting your goals, as well as tracking your progress against the targets you set.

      You need your entire team engaged and contributing, so encourage them to set individual goals designed to support those of the business.
    • Being accessible: Leaders need to be accessible to support their teams and keep their finger on the pulse of what’s occurring in the business.

      It also provides the opportunity for them to learn by hearing or witnessing the sort of ideas and behaviour you want your team to emulate.

      Make your team responsible and accountable for teaching and training each other and they will also learn to be accessible and responsive to each other.
    • Acknowledging accomplishment: Good leaders notice and congratulate their staff for their accomplishments both big and small.

      Everyone likes acknowledgement and it’s easy to give. Find opportunities for your team to tell each other about their wins and celebrate them.

      Create the habit publically and they will often continue the acknowledgement between themselves, in one-on-one interactions as well.
    • Trust: People need to trust their leaders in order to follow them. Teach your team about the reliance they have on one another and how important it is to build and maintain trust.

      Ethics, integrity and honesty are important to building trust, as is taking responsibility for your own actions.

      While these attributes are ones that should be learned by the time we are adults, you can clarify your expectations to your team and through doing so, emphasise their importance as part of the culture of your business.
  7. Incorporate leadership skills into your performance management processes.

    Provide rewards for achievement in leadership and raise the bar each time to keep developing and honing these skills across in your team.
If you get the base right, you’ll be primed to pursue opportunities and successfully manage growth.
